Cressa Coldsmith is a mother of two adult sons, Caleb (married to Marleena) and Coby; and a Gigi to her angel granddaughter, Rayla Mae. She serves on staff at Grand Point Church in Chambersburg, PA, as the Executive Director of Advancement, where she gets to serve alongside her husband, Doug. Cressa has a heart for women of all ages to know their God-given purpose and identity in Jesus, and to live out their unshaken faith through every season of life. She loves to create community and connect people to God and to one another.

Renee Ficken, the first-born twin, has been married for 8 years to a wonderful man and has 3 beautiful girls. Renee is passionate about home, community, fitness and ministry; and enjoys a good cup of coffee and dancing in her kitchen.

Alicia Carver, has been married to her pastor husband for 12 years and has enough kids in her house for a basketball team: 3 boys and 2 girls! She enjoys a quiet house, and a cup of tea amidst the chaos and beauty of raising the next generation of leaders.
