Tri-State Fellowship is located just west of Hagerstown and I-81, minutes from Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
From I-81 take Exit 7B, Cearfoss Pike (MD 58 W) west about 1 mile. Turn right on the drive just past the Tri-State Fellowship sign.
