Join us for a time of fun and fellowship with decorated car trunks for trick or treating, a hayride, food, games, prizes, and more!
If you don't have kids, you can participate as a "Trunk Host". Get creative! Decorate your car/trunk and distribute candy to kids as they 'trick or treat' among the cars.
WAYS YOU CAN HELP WITH THE TRUNK OR TREAT
1. Be a “Trunk Host”
Decorate your ‘trunk’ & distribute candy for trick or treat (nothing scary, please)
2. Volunteer to help with one of the other activities, i.e. food, games, etc.
Here are some details you will need to know if planning to be a 'Trunk Host"
Decorating/Participating Details
· No scary or "dark" decorating themes.
· For decorating ideas, go HERE and numerous other sites for countless appropriate ideas, some with Christian themes.
· If supplying your own treats, bring enough for 200 children.
· Clean up your area before leaving at the end of the night.
Setup Details
· All "trunks" will be set up in the west-side TSF parking lot (kitchen side).
· Vehicles will be positioned in every other parking space.
· Spaces will be numbered; you will be given your assigned number upon arrival.
· Plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:30pm to set up. All "trunks" should be fully set and ready to serve kids by 5pm.
· When you arrive, you will be met by a volunteer at the front of the west lot who will direct you to your assigned parking space and give any final instructions.
