UPDATE, SEPTEMBER 19, 2025
After visiting personally with Hagerstown's Water Department and City Engineering, we have asked CES, our civil engineer, to request connection with "city water." If granted, we will explore 2 options for connection, reviewing the cost and complexity of each option. Please continue to pray for God's guidance and intercession. ~ Rob McCoy
